Search terms
A name, place, or other detail entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Abbeville County Released Inmates does not store or log those terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy rules govern its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact-form message, the information is kept as needed to read and answer it. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data and Cookies

- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete qualifying personal information; or

These rights concern data controlled by this site. Requests for Abbeville County or South Carolina government records are governed by the issuing office and South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, Title 30, Chapter 4.
